Update - Waterfall has issued a temporary fix that allows MMS to be sent to T-Mobile subscribers. This solution requires all video to be transcoded to a max file size of 500KB. The transcoding is done automatically on the Waterfall platform. During this time, we recommend sending only images to T-Mobile subscribers to ensure your subscribers receive the highest quality content possible.

SMS messages are functioning as expected. MMS messages on carriers other than T-Mobile are functioning as expected.

T-Mobile is currently working on resolving this issue. There is currently no estimated time to resolution. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Identified - An issue has been identified with MMS on Apple devices using T-Mobile. Please do not send any MMS broadcasts on T-Mobile until further notice. If you need assistance in filtering out T-Mobile from your broadcasts, please email help@waterfall.com.

The issue with Poll and Validation components has been resolved. All Campaign components are functioning as expected.

Completed - Scheduled maintenance is complete.

There is a known issue with Poll and Validation components where the next step action is defaulting to "Deliv. Next Component" even when the action is set to "Forward to Campaign" or "End Campaign". The Waterfall team is currently working on a resolution and will issue an update as more information becomes available. All other Campaign components are unaffected.
