Identified - Waterfall has identified a cross-carrier issue which may impact messaging services on some short codes. Inbound traffic (MOs) may be temporarily delayed. Broadcasts are not affected.

Waterfall is monitoring the issue. No time to resolution is currently available. We will issue another update as soon as we have more information.
