We are writing to inform you that Verizon and AT&T are currently experiencing MT/MO degradation. Customers may experience intermittent MT/MO delays or rejections. Some short codes may experience duplicated MTs towards Verizon.
The carriers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution. We will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
